A Latch Patch

Making a latch patch is a basic way forward in learning latch hooking, it is mistake free and experimental. Helping with designing skills in a funfilled way so they become a personal, creative work of art.

In book 1 ‘Latch Hook Crochet for Beginners’ the latch Patch is introduced as a Beasty Brooch. Using a small ball of variegated yarn the resulting patch can be any shape. It can be whatever it turns out to be, long short,lumpy or bumpy. Eyes are added and the result is a fun shaped beasty!!
